How Does the Candidate Referral Program Work?

It’s simple! Anyone qualified can receive a $500 referral bonus for assisting us in hiring talented IT professionals. To receive the candidate referral bonus, the following applies:

How to Make a Referral
All referrals need to be submitted at candidate@datacedestaff.com.
What Must My Referral Include?
All referrals must include the following information:

  • Name of candidate
  • Valid phone number
  • Active email address
  • Specialty area or job title of candidate being referred
  • Referrer’s name and contact information
  • Relationship to candidate
When Will I Receive My Gift?
Here’s how it works:

  • Gifts for eligible candidates placed in a full-time/direct-hire capacity will be paid after the guarantee period has expired and invoices have been paid
  • Gifts for candidates placed on a consulting/contract basis will be paid after the consultant has worked a total of 500 hours.

  • ELIGIBILITY: DataCede Staffing LLC Candidate Referral Program (the “CRP”) is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia over the age of 18 with access to the Internet.   Non-US residents over the age of 18 may enter unless expressly prohibited by local regulations and law. All employees of DataCede Staffing LLC . (“Sponsor”), all associated agencies and each of their sales representatives, distributors, or agents (all of the foregoing, together with Sponsor, collectively referred to as “CRP Entities”), and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses) and those living in the same household of each (whether related or not), are ineligible to participate in the CRP. All applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Participants must receive permission from the submitted candidate to be eligible prior to their information submitted to us. Entry in the CRP constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of these Official Rules which are subject to change at any time, without notice.
  • The referred candidate cannot be a current or former employee of DataCede Staffing
  • Candidates that are already in the DataCede Staffing database, but have not yet been in contact with, or been contacted by DCS within a 12 month period prior to the referral are eligible for the program
  • Referred candidates must be placed in a position with DataCede Staffing within 120 days  of the date of the referral to qualify for the program
  • Referrer must agree not to recruit referred candidate while they are on any assignment with us.
